I pusrchaeed Cello grip ball point pen 3boxes on 25.09.18 and due to some reason I had returned all the three boxes as my daughter needed gel pens when I went to returned the products they found that 3 orns we’re missing form the box so they could not take back one box and the refund for the other two was initiated but when I didn’t took out a single pen then how come the prns be missing…
Also the box was not cealed pack rather none of the boxes there are cealed pack and as a matter of trust I also didn’t counted the pieces while taking for which I have to pay now…
Please help with this kind of cheating.
I left that box of pen with them only without taking the money…

Xrbia not giving better services. I had visited in last week in xrbia and before that I had called one of your executive Ms. Anita about my CC. I am transferring my loan in another finance. they committed that they will provide me later but last one week i am not getting my CC. No one help about the same. i am getting irritating about Xrbia Customer service. Staff behaving very rudely with us.
I feel that I have made a big mistake by buying a flat from you.

I have fixed deposit in Sahara Y select and it got completed in 2016 only, from that day only I’m running in Sahara office for my money but everytime they denied to give me money, today it’s going to be 2year of completion of my Sahara Y select. But even till now they are not giving me money, everytime when I reach their to talk to manger even manger itself will not be their, so I request you raise a complain against the Sahara bazar samiti road office, for everytime treating their customers as we ate their money.

I purchased Cromton Greaves Solarium DLX 25 Ltrs Water heater from Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd Village Kurund Bhiwandi Dist Thane421302 through Amazon on line on 3rd Nov2015 invice no MH-BOM[protected] . Now a days it is difficult to use the water heater due to leakage of water from water heater.It is not safty. Hence please replace the faulty water heater by new water heater or repair the same under warrenty early.

I had bought a Titan Edge Watch Model No. NH679SL01 at Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad Titan Show room in the month of November 2017. Till today I had to give it for repair 3 times at KPHB Colony Titan showroom. Every time they keep the watch for a week or so and then tell me that the problem is resolved. But the same problem (watch getting slow) keeps coming up after a month or so.
Now also I have given it in the same show room on[protected] and as on today they have not called me to take my watch. I had requested them to replace the watch for which they had refused. I have been contacting your customer care on the Toll free number[protected], i think i had given more than 3 calls. They say that they are escalating the call, but i have not got any response till now. Kindly arrange for refund

This guy H AHAMED BASHA Cell # [protected] is number 1 fraud in chennai . He will collect money for ISO certificates first after that will approach Government loan and collect amount . He will comit dates for loan sanction around 1 month or 2 month of time . Buy you won’t be getting any payment . They amount paid for loan processing you will get a cheque . But that also he won’t clear . He is having account in Vijaya bank Acc # [protected]. This account only i given payment . If we ask refund he will tell ” check your account 1 o clock’, ” Today payment “, ” I am i n bank dong NEFT’, ” Waiting for cheque clearing “, ” I am in Pollachi”, ” I am in gummudipundi”, ” ” I am in death “, Like that all you will get SMS. He is a fraud . 420 . He should be arrested . It will be done soon from my end . Till that don’t entertain this guy . You will loss your money

Dear Concern,
After trying to cope-up with your representatives here in TM Hyundai, Udaipur for a very long time i am finally fed up with the response and now seeking a solution writing this E-Mail.

I own a I-20 Sports Petrol (2014). I met with an accident on 23rd August. Gave my car for accidental claim on 25 August in the morning. I was told that it will take 2-3 hours of time for making the estimate of damage which i got after 2 days that was on 27th August.

The car was hit from the back and the back panel, the bumper, Bucket & Diggy was damaged.

All this time i was dealing with Mr. Pushpendra at TM Hyundai, Udaipur.
I approved the work and survey was done.
After the survey the car was i hands of Mr. Manish Garg (TM Hyundai, Udaipur). In the mean time i was in contact with the Manager, Mr. Sanjay Dixit as well. I was told that it will take maximum of 15 Days to for the repair work. The car was kept there for almost a month without even touched by any of the technician.
after all the paitence i had i finally decided to take out my car and get it repaired by anyone from outside.

After all this mess i was assured by newly joined service manager Mr. Rahul Panwar (TM Hyundai, Udaipur) that i will get the car within 7 days, which he some managed.

The car looked fine from outside. But i am facing a hell lot of problems from inside.
Someone knowingly made scratches on my steering wheel, the sunshade flap mirror was broken. (these 2 things are in knowledge of the service manager, as i raised this issue at the time of taking deliver of the car and i was assured of a solution by Mr. Rahul which is somewhere in air now.)

Recently, i get to know that the bucket is filled with rain water. there is some leakage in the car from where the water leaks into the bucket of the car and my whole car smells like a garbage dumping yard.

The car which i thought i would drive for another 3-4 years, is right now in condition that i think of selling it off. And making it very clear among every single person i know that never to trust on hyundai. Because all your representatives wants is to sell the cars and let the customers suffer afterwards.

I am very eagerly waiting for a response after writing this mail. Or else i will take this to next level. Let somebody learn some lessons about customer service & satisfaction.
