Complaint Details:
I have booked my tickets with PNR:02SPV6 early this year and airlines have automatically cancelled without giving a reason and the refund due is 18, 193.
Its a huge amount and they used to reply that it will be done in 7 to 8 business days and now its over 8 months.
Now i dont even get to them through phone number or email.

I asked for a refund from PayUmoney which was initiated on 6 November and I got the confirmation mail for the same.
Payment ID : 168374586
The refund proceess usually takes 3-5 working days.However, the amount is still not credited to my bank account.
When I contacted PayUMoney again, they provided me with an ARN number
74678447311000002736091.Am not getting any response from the bank end.

I had made an order for tresemme shampoo and conditioner with free hair straightner but I had cancelled this order because the reviews were not good and I had made the payment online so now the refund money was send to the amazon pay balance and I want that refund in my bank account but it does not have any option. Sir, I have purchased dinning table with chair set vide invoice No.H0608 on 12.09.17 from Kolkata, Elgin Rd, Home land shop., After installation I found some defect on 2 nos. of chair and contact with your shop and inform them and they had send a person for inspection, after that I have not getting any response from shop. I have contacted several times to your shop and installation person and they had promised to change the chair after Diwali, but till today not getting any response from shop as well as installation person. please take necessary action at your end.

Already I called many of your staff and also registered complaints regarding the alarming sound and the filter change. Each and every day I call many of your staff., but no response. This make me so disappointed, and I decided that never I prefer Kent for my relatives or to my friends. Very very bad service. No one is having any responsibility after getting full payment. I fed up with your disgusting service.
