Complaint Details:
My travel date was 01.12.17 through flight 6E652 by 5.00 a.m and i have done the web check in on 30.11.17 itself. On 01.12.17, i have reached airport by 4.00 a.m and finished my security check with 4.15 a.m and i was near to the boarding gate. The gate was suppose to close by 25 mins only and reached the gate by 4.35 a.m and the ground staff went and discussed with other ground and informed me that the gate was closed and please contact the ticket counter for the next flight, then i thought tickets were full and diverting me for next flight. After contacting the other ground staff i came out of the security gate and contacted ticket counter then the ticket counter staff told me that you have to pay Rs.4500/- then i asked why? She said that you have missed the flight. I asked her i have reached before 25 mins and you have closed the gate earlier and asking me to pay then she told this our policy, due to my urgent meeting i cannot continue my argument then paid the Rs.4500/- and traveled through next flight 6E 976 by 6.30 a.m. on this flight the passengers were allowed to board the flight until 5-10 mins before departure(I have proof for the time and flight details). The ticket was booked through corporate and i have put into this horrible condition i don’t know the treatment of INDIGO for normal passengers. I have all the proofs regarding the airport arrival and passing the security check-in. INDIGO has to repay my amount else i will highlight the same through social media and take legal action.

My policy is expiring on today and I made the renewal of the policy 20 days back and I havent received the document in email/physical till today.

I have been calling multiple times and everytime I am listening different things like,
policy is not visible at our end due to some technical issues and will send you by eod. someone says u have to wait 24-48 hours to get a policy document. then who is responsible if traffic cops stop me by midnight today. who will pay me theamount?

Scam or fraud: Vakilsearch Legal Solutions — llp registration- highly unprofessional team

Hi,
I applied by LLP registration using Vakilsearch services, they committed to complete the entire process within 30 days.
They insisted me to make initial payment of 4130/- so that they can start the process.
Till the time payment was not made they use to call me 2-3 times a day convincing that they are very professional. But from the very next day I have made the advance payment these guys have started showing their true colors.

No one now revert on mails, No one pick up the calls and ask to chat on whatsapp.

It’s been more than 40 days and every detail has been submitted from my end but still nothing has been done.

They keep on sending automated mails that documents have not been submitted, looks like they have just machines and no humans.

I need my advance back but again no one is reverting.

Worst company for any sort of legal services you need. please people dont be trapped by these idiotic unprofessional guys. In starting they will sound like best but in actual they don’t have any knowledge.

 

Scam or fraud: HDFC Bank — suggestion: must ask otp when transferring funds to added beneficiary

Hi HDFC Care support,

This is with regards to the security concerns using net banking.
(please take this into account as a suggestion)

When transferring amount to the added beneficiary, it doesn’t ask for any OTP/verification.
Ideally it should ask some security verifications, also when transferring amount to the added beneficiaries.

Please let me know why there is a lack of the major security verification in the net banking and also let me know if you already have these ideas in the pipeline items that should be implemented.

We have BSNL CDMA WLL Phone with Ph No: [protected]. It was installed almost 8 years back when we shifted our location Near Asthalakshmi temple, Margadarshi Colony, Road-5, Kothapet as a replacement for a wired landline. We are facing the following issues with the WLL Phone:
1. The battery does not stay longer we need to keep charging 24/7.
2. The call gets disconnected when picking up the Call.
I have complained about it to our nearest BSNL Office at LB Nagar but no use, they are not replacing the phone.
Kindly replace the phone or give a wired landline instead of this.

I had booked two sleeper tickets for 24/11/2017 from Nasik to Vadodara.
in GSRTC Bus which take start from Nasik to Chanasma. i was waiting for bus from 1600hrs to till 1830 hrs. at Nasik bus stand ( Maha Marg).
that bus was cancelled but i was not informed, i inquired to bus inquiry counter at Nasik bus stand frequently. But they answered that till this bus is not reported. at last i came to know that bus is cancelled.
by this way i was suffered a lot. Also i lost my tickets fare as i could not avail the service due to cancellation of said bus.

So I request you for refund of tickets fare, the details of tickets is as under.

I bought the ticket for Volvo bus starting from sec-17 Chandigarh to New Delhi on 26/11/2017 from the bus stand. I boarded the bus at 11:00 a.m with bus no. 9969 from SEC-17 Bus Stand. However the bus broke-down near Ambala around 12:30 p.m with nowhere to go. After many requests the conductor signed on the ticker for the refund and asked to lodge complaint online also. Pl provide further steps for the initiation of the refund
