Dear Samsung,
Its been absolute disaster on my part that I bought a Samsung TC model no 40J5300, on 3Aug 2015 for INR 45K. Within two years its having a screen burn out issues and the cost of panel quoted by your customer support is 22K with one month of warranty, how shameful is that.
That’s almost half the price of TV, I will take this issue in consumer court and make you penalize for the harassment I am suffering because of you.

I purchased Bajaj water heater on 12th nov 2017 from sathya agencies plot 42, 1st mainroad, ram nagar, peravallur, kolathur- ch-82, it was a damage product water drops out after install from Bajaj person, I complaint to bajaj – they honestly given sticker to replace, but I went to Sathya where i purchased – I wait hardly 15 minutes infront of manager – no response even no customer at that time – I met on 2dec 2017 – they promised will get the new one on 3rd I am follow up till date – i got worst response – I haven’t get my product till now. they just pass my bill here and there. Bajaj given approval to collect new but Sathya not ready to deliver.

I have orderd combo of 128gb memory-card, 64gb pendrive, MOBILE STAND & smart-watch but the sd card is 64gb and aslo faulty. There is no earphones the watch is also digital. My order no is #25479. As the card is of samsung company then to how it is packed without checking. Such a branded companies & sending such duplicated products. This is just fooling with the customer.
How ever looks in the matter resolved my complaint as soon as possible…

Hi everyone, we got a problem here. My Dad was in EME and he gave wrong date of birth of mom in army records. We dont have any proof of DOB as per army records. He expired now. We came to know when we are checking the dads documents and echs medical records. Mom passport, Adhar card and Pan card have same date of birth as per school records. Mom already travelled aboard on that passport. What we do now? We dont know anything. Is it ok with records office if we provide all documents and they change DOB as per other documents and proofs. I have a health insurance with Max Bupa and the agent name is Ravi Arora.
But the agent and company share my contact details to some 3rd party and they are calling me and sending emails to buy new policy and renewal of my old policy.
When I asked the agent about this, he said he gives my details to some other members who can do the follow up with me…He is so careless in his attitude regards to customer data secrecy. He also mentioned that I am working like this for past 10 years and I have never seen any rule for this customer data secrecy.
I raised the issue with Max Bupa and they didn’t provide any resolution.
Customer data secrecy is not maintained by the company nor by their agent.
Request to take strict action.

After the recent change on LIC portal, my gender is updated as Male instead of Female, due to which i am unable to add my other policies due to gender mismatch- i have already got a letter from LIC that gender change is rectified on my main policy, but seems like the portal is not updated – how do i resolve this? it’s pending since October month.

I sent a package of warm clothes for my child studying in India. It was posted on 1st November. Reached India on 6th November, got custom clearance on 12th November but as per tracking records, it is still lying at Foreign Post Office, New Delhi. We asked our friends in Delhi to look into the matter, they called the above mentioned office at Ph. No. 011-2323 5501, some Ms. Jyoti answered the call and told that they could come and pick up the parcel themselves. When the man reached the office, the Superintendent Mr. SS Shekhawat was all adamant to not hand over the package in any case, even after getting the confirmation on phone from the receiver mentioned on the parcel.
It was a completely irrational behaviour, either they should be responsible enough to deliver the package on time or they could simply give the package to our friends who could go and give it to the child who is waiting for it in Winter- please note that our child is studying in India and knowing that it was getting too cold there, we sent the sweaters and warmers etc…but sadly the things are still lying uselessly at the Foreign Post Office and the child is forced to manage without them.

Now our friends keep calling in all the offices there to get track of the package but in vain…
We are really very sorry to have done this mistake of sending the stuff through Indian post and really do not know how to get the job done.
The people sitting there as officers, our so called Public Servants, have no sense of duty and they are least concerned about helping the public.

Hope our complaint can get attention before the end of 2017 winter.
