Complaint Details:
Not happy and very diaappointed the way customer get treated..just because of 4 days are over so I could not applicable 4th free service…of my bike…before that I never get any message for services..but u r people have record they approached me for service…I took 3rd service after given date so they direct skip my 3rd service & count that service as 4th service. They have not updated me for the same. Today I asked y r u charging if my service is free on that they give me this explanation. I think big organization like you look the concerns of the customer.
