My name is Jatin Varma and have a YAMAHA bike and I stay at thane. I lost my service book for my new bike. I gave my bike to the authorised service centre at Kothari Compound, Thane, Mumbai branch. But since i don’t have my service book they have charged me Rs. 625 even though when i am eligible for free servicing and didn’t even intimated me this while taking my bike for servicing. I mailed for getting a duplicate service book, but no response. This people cant charge me so high for such a small reason. They should be having some online data about the same to know my details of the servicing. Even after purchasing your product for a price more than 1, 30, 000 rs/- if this is the case, i will make sure none of my family members or relatives and friend buy your product henceforth.
