Complaint Details:
I have made payment on 23 rd october 2016 i have receipt but still i have not got the policy number.
They change the rules and regulation as per their convience .
I have re embursement to be calimed but still i cant claim since i have not received the policy number.
The number of this are few number i have
phone number: 24033340, 24033362 and 9967060060
but its one month since know not even once have they attended the call.
I have visited the office even after that there is no response .
I have send many mail jio but dr.Jain just type one word and forward the message .
I have even send a courier a written letter is left at the office .
Even inspite of all the effort i still am without the right which i am suppose to get.
