Complaint Details:
I have not received my product till now for which i paid online. I have raised a claim but it got rejected due to system error. Then again i raised a claim for the 2nd time but today i received a call from ebay and they are telling that now i have to contact blue dart and they will give me the refund after waiting for 1month and then i got a mail that my claim has been rejected and my problem has been solved, but till now i have not received the product. I have contacted blue dart courier too they said that they don’t know about delivery boy whom he had delivered the product. Now ebay is not refunding my money, they are only telling about their rules of claim department and opening and closing the claim again and again for 1 month, for how many months i have to wait, whom should i contact now, it is not my fault. It is totally ebay’s fault they are not concern about their customers they are cheating customers and not refunding or helping us. Customer has also their value and time i thought i will purchase online from ebay but i don’t have to go to market and online shopping will take less time but now because of ebay it take 1 month and still i have not received my product and my money got wasted.
