Scam or fraud: Oyo Rooms — No Refund for Cancellation

Complaint Details:
Being a brand name OYO Hotels, this type of service is not accepted from them. It’s really disappointing and frustrating that I have not received any refund amount.
It is regarding booking ID GFCE7894. My check-in was on 24th Dec’16, however due to some circumstances I have to cancel the booking on 21th Dec’16. I was charged full cancellation fees i.e. booking amount of Rs. 7, 894 which is really unacceptable.
As per the cancellation policy which is mentioned below, they should refund the full amount.
For bookings up to 3 rooms –
Cancellation Time Cancellation Fee

24 hours or more prior to check-in time Free cancellation (100% refund)

Please help me to get my money back.
