Complaint Details:
I have applied for connection on 14th of Dec 2016 in Indore, Scheme No.53. One of the Hathway employee (I’m not mentioning his name here as I ‘m expecting company to take necessary action against him) told me that I will get connection in a day and maximum time is 72 hours. I have given him cheque for 15th Dec and money is already debited from my account. I asked him that are you sure of connectivity there, he told yes I’m very sure.
It’s been six days nothing happened. I was calling him and he was telling everyday that it will be done today. On 19th of December I called him and he didn’t receive my call. I even messaged him but no reply from him. Then I called on a landline number, 0731 4778888, and given complaint. They told me that I will get a call back from concerned department but I didn’t receive. I called them four times and every time same response. In my fourth call they forwarded my call to some senior person and he told me that connection is not possible in that area and they are aware of this.
Today on 20th Dec 2016, I came to know that they have done this even before with Vodafone office which is just next to my office. This shows clear case of cheating. I have Hathway connection even at home and I didn’t expect such an irresponsible response from Hathway.
