Scam or fraud: Ferns N Petals — No delivery made

Birthday cake was supposed to be delivered on 14th Dec. Order was placed 10 days prior – not a last minute order
On 14th Dec, no cake was delivered nor was any contact made to the telephone number provided
On 16th Dec, I called customer service and complained. I was told that in 24 hours, they will revert.
No revert or response for 72 hours. I called again and then I am told that the courier could not locate the address.
First, FNP does not bother to call back within the promised time, Then they have the gall to tell me that the address is not found! Thousands of students stay at that hostel in the center of Berlin and a courier cannot find the address? If I google it, I can see the exact location. The courier should have called the number which was provided (which is the very purpose of providing a phone number)
Now, not happy with the fact that they completely ruined the Birthday surprise, they say that a refund will not be made!
When I questioned this, they say that they will now deliver the cake this week! How cool is that – to get a cake one week after your birthday?
I need a refund of the money I paid – not delivery of a stale cake.
