Scam or fraud: Aditya Birla Group — Unethical Behaviour

Complaint Details:
I have been a customer of IDEA Cellular for over 12 years. During this period the company has had many highs and lows in its network, services, rates and offerings. In spite of the continuously changing dynamics of the telecom industry I have stuck with IDEA in their thick and thin with the same post paid mobile numbers.

The assigned account manager is so complacent and uncooperative towards my requests that I have to continuously follow up with him instead of him showing initiative.

After escalation no proper response received. Why is the Appellate authority at Idea Cellular so lenient towards its arrogant employees and complacent in interacting and communicating with valued platinum customers like myself to resolve my grievances.

Over a span of one and a half month small issues related to VAS have not been attended to properly. Like, MCI rent removal and reversal took over a month to be actioned. During this period no MCI reports were generated when my mobile was out of coverage. The data plan linked to the rental has its cycle date automatically changed, to which no resolution has been provided till date. Upon escalation, not even the courtesy to call and resolve these issues has been expressed lately.

I sure hope IDEA Cellular an integral part of Aditya Birla Group has some respect for its parent company and its patronizing customers.
