Scam or fraud: Tata Motors — Issue with ground clearance of my car and suspension

Complaint Details:
I bought my car in may 2016, since the i have noticed issue with ground clearance of my car and suspension, initially i was only one in vicinity to own tata tiago so i could not compare it with other, so i shared my complaints with the service centre they ignored my complaints stating every thing is fine and there is not wrong and its normal, but when i started watching other tiago cars on road i found that my car is very low or ground clearance is much less compared with other tiago car, along with that even with just one passenger sitting in the passenger seat the gap between the car body and the tyre reduced drastically, and with 3 passengers seating(no one in front seat) the gap disappears, which is not normal, i was very frustated with ignorance of service centres so i gave a complaint with tata customer care and so they asked to take the car back to workshop, since then my car is in worshop its been 15 days this time but the workshop is not able to fix the problem, a per the workshop there is a issue but they are unable to identify the root cause, they said they have escalated the case to Tata motors and they will arrange a meeting with tata motors engineer but tata motors engineer is not in town or is unavailable, its most unprofessional, pathetic and acceptable customer experience with tata motors, I regret my decision of buying tata tiago and not buying I10 or wagon r
