Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — Exceeding credit limit

Complaint Details:
My Dongle number is 9381975237 and i got bill of 13, 000 Rs after upgrading to 4G, when i called customer care and asked why that much bill amount and customer care and asked for the reason and they said it was due to technical problem and when i called them another time they said it was due to plan change and they never intimated me regarding the plan change. Then on 29/09/2016 One of the collection agent (T.Ramesh) called me and asked me for not paying the bill and i told him the entire concern and he said me that to make a payment of Rs2500 and he also would close the connection and waiver the remaining amount.After a month i got a call from Reliance Nungapakkam Branch and a lady asked for the reason not paying the bill, i explained her many times but after a particular interval she again and asked for the same thing and one day she called and asked and she was so rude to me and said that her name was kavitha, and she was stating that do whatever you can.When i visited reliance store and asked regarding this, they said your connection has been terminated and tell them thats not your connection when you again recieve a call.now after a week lawyer notice has been sent to me to pay the pending amount. After 2 months of payment they are sending the lawyer notice. I just need a detailed solution to this problem and i have all details with me.the reciept number for payment made on 29/09/2016 is 25435. Now the amount to be paid is Rs 7620 .
