Complaint Details:
I was paying through net-banking (ICICI) and towards the end of transaction when I paid from my bank website I got redirected to citrus wepage showing session expired.
Then I checked my bank account balance, the amount was deducted from there, but then I open my dashboard in Bigbasket.com I was still showing that amount hasn’t been paid yet.
Please assist me in this matter.
