Hi Sir / madam
i have called 3 time on date – 19/12/2016 for my balance query, they just cut my call 3 times, they just said please hold i will check your details and then cut the call that will happen 3 times.
i have query regarding my balance is not showing properly it shows difference of 7000 rs i am really unsatisfied with your service, i am going to close all my accounts and credit cards from your bank
