Complaint Details:
My Claim ID : 2541654, which I have created on 10th of dec, Till date I didn’t receive any calls regarding this from the guarantee team. I keep getting the message. We tried to contact you on your registered number i.e. 9894817933 at 17/12/2016 12:13 to discuss your concern. However, we could not speak with you as the number was not reachable. I make calls to eBay customer care on daily basis. I have updated my alternate contact number 9686451451. still I receive the same message. Today I got a message indicating. We hope you have received the item “Apple iPhone 6 – 64GB – gold – Imported & Unlocked Best Deal” (152344870439) that seller top_notcher was to deliver by 17-Dec-16.
Important:
If you do not take any action by 22-Dec-16, we will presume that you have received the item.
When you guys are not contacting me, And you guys are asking me to update status by 22-dec, else you will ask me to keep the product?
I have made calls daily to ebay customer care requesting for refund, even the seller has agreed for refund.
