Complaint Details:
A company called excel service which is run by mr. Alok yadav and mr. Sandeep gupta at shop no.14, jagerdev yadav chawl, opp amba bhavan, kasturba road no.7, borivali east mumbai-66
Has duped me with 2lacs by promising me to add me as a pertner of the company, they have used my name and documents to finance 2 lac from bajaj finance durable loan through their source from borivali.
After they received the money for 2 months it was smooth and was told me that soon the company will have my name on it, but 25 days back they removed me from the company by saying they have changed their minds, the people with whome i have been dealing happens to be my friends from past 6 to 8 years, when i asked them about the money they said they wont pay you can do whatever you want.
From past 4 months i am paying the emi for the loan and the monthly amount is around 13k.
