Scam or fraud: Mobikwik — BEST bill has not successful

Complaint Details:
I have paid my BEST electricity bill through mobikwik for 2st time today and payment has been debited from my Account. But Bill has not paid yet. Why this is happened? Please refund my money back in my bank account otherwise i wil take a serious action against you. Reply me asap. 9664332481. unmeshpatil31@yahoo.com. give my money back as fast as you can.
