Complaint Details:
We have been shifted from vodaphone to Airtel since in our area Airtel was having good signal strength. For the past one week signal went down and we have only one bar strength in our mobile. We are not able to talk or not able to play online games.
I hope nearby tower is down and it was not up due to poor maintenance.
Please reply and take necessary actions to resolve this issue
