Complaint Details:
Recently I purchased a car insurance from Policy Bazaar, They told me it will be finished within two hours after submitting self inspection video. But after uploading the video since last 4 days they keep saying upload the video again. After payment only these irresponsible employees are doing this type of work. They just say we will arrange a call back that’s it there will be no call back… Because of this my car registration stopped. They are not even giving any solutions only giving mental tension waste of time.
Till date haven’t received original policy document and nor resolution of issues raised by me after placing an order.
Pathetic customer support and lousy behavior. Would suggest ban on such sites.
