Complaint Details:
Sir/Mam, my complaint is that I was charged extra amount of money while I was trying to register an application for an increase of load for my house from 1kw to 3kw. The amount to be charged was Rs 100 but I was charged Rs 200 more. Your site crashed continuously which resulted in losing extra amount of money.
I would like you to take my complaint under consideration and help me to get my money back.
