Complaint Details:
I have purchased the air conditioner on 31st of March 2018. From last 02 days the remote of the AC is not working. Display of the remote got vanished although the remote is in operational mode.
As per the service engineer Mr. Laxman the remote is physically damaged. But as per my knowledge no physical damage was occured with the remote.
It means we are lying. i have never expected this kind of cheap service from a renowned company like samsung.
I hope my remote will get repaired without any charges otherwise i will escalate this issue with the CEO of samsung.
