Complaint Details:
I have booked Uber cab on 27th November 2016. I was supposed to catch my train at 11:45 am the driver confirmed that he will there to pick me around 10:30 am. But he didn’t come, didn’t receive my calls n didn’t inform me as well… so because of this i missed my train … can you please address this ??? because this is so unethical, unprofessional and so annoying ..
