Complaint Details:
I ordered mobile from quirk last week. The problem of screen freeze started one day after the purchase of mobile. Now it happens all the time like 10-15 times per day. Practically the mobile is not use able. I tired contacting quirk from email and mobile but they are not replying to me.
The order ID is 10200507.
When I started complaning it was less than 7 days and they are supposed to replace the mobile. Please help me resolved this issue.
