Complaint Details:
I have been writing escalations to Eureka Forbes for the last 6 months with absolutely no response from their end. The machine is lying ideal/un-used in my house since Sep 2016. Several complaints raised thru CC, Online Portal, Written Statement thru courier etc. but with no avail. I want EF to provide me a solution for the issue to save my investment of about Rs. 17, 000/-.
Note: The machine was bought in April 2016 and in 6 months I had to call them for more than 5 times to fix the issues faced. After a while the system stopped working and they said the filter need to be changed costing Rs. 3, 400/-.
