Dear sir/madam
Here on 1st Jan 2017 I did a transaction from my freecharge account to my Hdfc account and transaction was in pending and I got a mail saying transaction is pending and we from freecharge will update once transaction is successful but 5000 rupees has been debited from my freecharge account but the IMPS is still in pending.please update me on this and revert me.till now they that not replayed me its been 11 days . this I’d not the way to treat ur customer..
