Sir, I am customer of SBI branch naval base. Kochi and I applied for DD online by mistake I chose branch address on 13 Jun 16 for the favour of CSD Hisar. Since I am presently working in Delhi and unable to collect the same. I have contacted to branch several times and send 6 times mail from akbirman@gmail.com mail ID and fax on 23 Jun with my signature. Sir please cancel my DD and amount in same account 30324915962 from which it was made.
