My name is Sunil surana. I sent policy renewal form on 22/10/16 along with DD rs 13107 at jio Mumbai office.Till today I have no mail of renewal health card.jac no.changing two times.my father severely diseased but no help without health card.jio don’t receive calls at Mumbai office. Jio never replied of renewal.Initially jio given me jac id no. JJA 910029499079. Two n half months passed yet no mail of renewal.nothing in website clear to generate or to see where u can get updated health card ready.
