Kotak Mahindra Bank — Didnt get any communication regarding account opening

Hello,
I have applied for zero balance account jifineo and deposited INR 5000 on Jan 6, 2017. After that day (till now), I didn’t hear anything from anyone from the bank for all required documents. I tried to reach out to their toll-free no, but not able to reach out to them.
I am not sure if they’ll open an account or how much time they’ll take.
Please respond at the earliest.
