Scam or fraud: Aircel — VAS services / wrong billing for unused period

Complaint Details:
After continuous communications and requests Aircel is not at all providing me a justified bill and imposing wrong bill for my phone number 9069383576. In previous conversations i asked them to send me bill upto which I used i.e. October 2016, which will be approximately 500/- their representatives call me and ensure about the resolution of such problem but no one turned up.
As a customer i know i must pay for the services i used but Aircel is using malpractices of imposing charges on the name of Store15 vas services which i even dont know and whenever I asked i am never given a satisfying answer for such service and every time I am forced to pay the bill which contain charges for which i never used i.e. rental for which i asked to discontinue the services.
