Scam or fraud: Lg Electronics — After payment service is worst

Complaint Details:
Hello, i placed an 49’LG tv order from lotus showroom indore on 31 dec 2016 final payment done on 3rd jan 2017 tv has to be delivered on my home in ratlam tv delivered on 9th firstly it delievered to mhow insist of ratlam as they write the wrong addresse then after 3 days from mhow they deliverd it to ratlam … after that when i ask them for installation they told me LG person come from LG service center he came at 5 o’clock n installed the t.v but tv is not working as their is the problem with remote n without remote t.v cannot b start he told my family at mam within half hour our enginner come to check the remote issue.. but till 10th morning till 1’oclock no on is there to check the issue . when service center person come to home with the name of ARVIND he is not behaving properly to my family n again n agin asking for complaint no.. which we don’t have bcoz showroom person said mam we already had a talk regarding your issue to LG service center ratlam so u Don’t need complaint no.. … so i want you to registered my compaliant n do the need full as soon as possible
