Complaint Details:
I have purchased a watch from MALABAR Watches, Viviana mall on 19th November 2016. But amount 22800 was deducted twice and I have only one time received by the shop. When I file a complaint by calling customer care they replied me that within 48 hours i will get my money back. But now they are saying 30 days will take for this action. This is bank’s fault, so why should I wait for 30 days. This is my salary account. If action will not take within 1-2 days I will contact my company HR to take strictly action against bank.
