It is very disappointing to receive such pathetic service from ferns and petals.
I had booked a bouquet online on 2nd dec, 16 to be delivered in the time slot 12pm to 3 pm.
When i called to enquire at 3.30 pm asking why the bouquet was still not delivered to the recipient, i was told that they have an issue with the vendor and that the bouquet cannot be delivered, else it can be delivered between 6 pm to 9 pm. When i questioned who has given them the authority to change the delivery time, they had no answer.
What’s the point in delivering the bouquet after the recipient has already left.
I was told that the order would be cancelled and the refund would be initiated and i would receive the credit within 7-8 days.
I called up customer care to check on the status since my bank account was not reflecting the refund. And was shocked to know that till date the refund is not even initiated, forget the credit. It has been 14 days now and the refund is still not even initiated.
The supervisor did not have the time to attend the call when i requested to speak to a senior personnel.
I am very annoyed with this type of service. The very purpose of booking the bouquet was lost. It is not about the refund but the experience that i was left with!!!
It’s been almost a month but i haven’t received any revert on the mail, neither have i received refund.
For sure, this would be my last visit to ferns and petals website. I would never ever recommend it to anyone.
