Complaint Details:
I bought mobile on Dec’14 2016. After 5 days i found hanging problem. I have given the service to Motorola service centre in pandi bazzar chennai. They told me to need to update the software and wait for 3 days. today i get serviced the mobile. After i checked the screen brightness is Automatically increase and decrease. This mobile atleast not completed 1month but many problems. Please advise. The service showroom people not responding properly.
Note: Amazon return policy is 10days but they have closed in 8days.
