Complaint Details:
First of all ur Web page is not active.
Ur 12150 number is not responding.
We have a DTH with consumer number 3015087478 and we presently on leave and do not want to recharge till we come back. However, we are receiving message that u are automatically recharging the account every three days and expect us to pay when we come back. This is not understood and unwanted. Kindly stop this and revert if possible.
