Complaint Details:
I ordered 3 items from amazon and choose to pay in 3 EMI’S. One of the Amazon seller was not able to deliver the goods and initiated a refund. Now amazon has charged the total amount in one go. They state that if a refund is initiated the EMI’s get cancelled.
It is not my fault that one of their seller was not able to provide with the goods. Why are customer’s getting penalized. This is a wrong n dis-satisfactory. I want to mark a formal complaint against amazon India.
