Hi,
This is Brajesh from Hyderabad. I have placed an order vide Order No 104452814.
(Philips She 1405Bk Canal Type Earphone With Mic Black (QTY:1))
The product I received was completely defective.I spoke to the customer care many times on the same.The response was very rude and they were not at all helpful.There is no option available online to return the product.I need an immediate replacement for the said product or my money in return.Kindly look into the issue and address it.
