Complaint Details:
I purchased samsung premium handset galaxy s7 edge on 10th september. After using heating, hanging and pink screen problem arrised. When I visited samsung okhla service centre on 20th december 2016 they checked it and said me the motherboard is faulty. After checking it more samsung executive told me the camera is also faulty, so the motherboard and camera has to replaced. I submitted the handset to service centre and they given my handset back on 24th december 2016 with assurance that your handset will now work properly. But when I reached my home in late evening and started using it then the same problem of hanging arrised. I was frustuated because I paid 50k to buy samsung handset and this type of service is provided by samsung to their high end device customers. On 26th december 2016 I again went to service centre to saught out the problem with my device and after telling the issue to samsung lady executive she now said the screen is also to be changed because it has a manufacturing defect. I was totally dejected because its been 3 months and all the main parts of my handset has to be changed . I was criticing why I trusted samsung, the worst experience ever. I also made a online complaint to them with complaint no:-8438609161 where samsung customer care executive talked to samsung okhla service centre manager Mr Ramandeep singh regarding the issue of my device where Mr Ramandeep singh mentioned him that service centre has kept my device for upto 4 days and after testing the device it has been returned to customer. So, I just want you to raise my voice so that other peaple would not be cheated by this fraud company.
Please revert me as soon as possible as I am waitting for your positive feedback.
