Dear Sir/Madam
My id cosumer no is 0685636, i have taken cable connection since 15 years. But unfortunately broadband connection is not working properly. i have complained 3 times in this month. There is no free complaining facility available. but still now i’am suffering . i think i’ll find an alternate way if is not rectified as soon as possible.thanking u.
