Respected Sir,
With due respect it is submitted that I Manju Devi resident of Kabai road, Lakhisarai had applied for a new electricity connection as on 23/09/2016. I had submitted all the required fees on account of this. My consumer Account number is 100934474.Sir, neither i have not been provided with any meter nor has it been installed till date at my house.
After some days, due to some health problem I went to Delhi for my medical treatment, where my son residing. Later on I came back to Lakhisarai and came to know that billing has been started on average basis.
Now due to some personnel reasons I had given application to local official for disconnection. I have deposited all the dues but my application has been rejected on the ground of non-submission of meter. How can I deposit the meter which have been neither provided to me nor installed at my house?
Sir, I am old aged lady having heart problem also, wandering here and there for disconnection. Requesting you to look into the issue soon and give necessary direction to concerned person/Authority.
