Complaint Details:

I had purchased food items amounting to Rs. 314.10 on dated 15.10.2018 from Reliance Fresh Shop, Sector-16, Panchkula and paid the bill amount from my Yes Bank ATM Card. The amount Rs. 314.10 is deducted twice from my account. I brought this to the knowledge of Strore Manager on the same day 15.10.2018.
1. An amount of INR 314.10 debited to AC [protected] (Yes Bank)on 15.10.2018 time 08:27:48 on account of PCA [protected] Reliance Panchkula.

2. An amount of INR 314.10 debited to AC [protected] (Yes bank) on 15.10.2018 time 08:28:278 on account of PCA [protected] Reliance Panchkula.

It is again reported that till today 05.11.2018 I have not received Rs. 314.10 deducted twice from my account. Kindly reverse an amount of Rs. 314.10 debitted from my account without any further delay.

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I want to share with you that Gayatri Apartments, Sector-9, Dwarka has been dumping its garbage regularly right in front of our Society viz. Sunview Apartments, Plot-10 B, Sector 9, Dwarka. Our society has been facing with lots of mosquitoes and other insects emanating from the dumpings.

This is despite several requests made to them not to dump the garbage, through their Society Manager.

One such request was even made by my wife personally also, but the Manager refused to take any concrete action in this regard.

Sir, in this season where Dengue, Malaria and similar diseases are occurring in full blown proportion, I would earnestly request your kind intervention to prevent its further spread by ordering the alleged Society to clear the garbage at once and further not to dump its garbage there in future.

I shall be eagerly awaiting for an early action from your side please.

Scam or fraud: Samsung India — defective refrigerator and fraudulent activity by samsung

Dear Sir,
It is with utter dismay, disbelief and shock I am writing this to you against fraudulent activities committed by M/s Samsung.Ltd/ I had purchased 463 lts Samsung double door refrigerator in August 2013 from M/s Kohinoor Electronics, Vashi. The refrigerator was commissioned by Authorised Engineer of M/s Samsung Ltd on 21 Nov 15 for which we had paid Service and visit charges too.

To my great disbelief and dismay, the refrigerator has been a trouble maker from Day 1. It is such a third rate product from Samsung that it is not even worth junk.

We have faced multiple problems multiple times. Every time the mechanic comes and repairs for another problem to start. Most of the times we have lived with the problems as we are fedup of repeated complaints. However, some days back the fridge stopped working. The mechanic who came said gas charging is required.It is very surprising that a 03 yr old refrigerator would require gas charging. Nevertheless we went ahead and got the gas charged. However, after charging the gas again the fridge started to malfunction. On calling the mechanic again, he said that this is a defective piece and this problem can never be resolved.

I tried requesting the Company for permanent repairs/replacement of the defective refrigerator as it has been malfunctioning from day it was installed. Once my mother fell due to constant water leakage from behind the refrigerator. It was sheer luck that she didn’t break her bones and face any serious injury. However, they are refusing to listen. They are taking a poor Consumer for a ride. The constant failures have got my family in tremendous pressure, mental agony and great deal of discomfort. We cant buy a nrw refrigerator as it is very expensive and this one is malfunctioning. The Samsung Engineer has himself said that this is a defective piece and it needs IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT, however, Company is not listening to poor consumer like us.

The Company has agreed that it is a defective product still they are not ready to do anything.I have spent more than Rs 6000 in last 03 yrs trying to rectify the defects however now the Company is offering me Rs 7155 as they can’t repair a refrigerator which is 03 yrs old. A similr new product will cost me Rs 60, 000. I asked them to repair the refrigerator however they are refusing to do so.

Getting more than 5 to 6 calls daily unnecessarily.

Worst app I never seen like thus and getting like so much of calls every day.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 27th of October 2018 and the last update on it was on 28th of October 2018, my order ID is[protected]-4306503. As per Jabong, I was supposed to receive my order latest by yesterday, 2nd November 2018, I called up the customer service, I got contradicting information, one rep told me that it’s out for delivery and the other one told me that it’s still at Khawaspur. The application says that it’s in transit at Binola. I’ve paid almost 4k and such behavior can’t be accepted. I’ve lost faith in Jabong since the last couple of orders. Even last order was delayed. If this is the case, the company should considering shutting itself down. Look at Amazon, how perfectly they deliver even when the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, I get the delivery within 1-2 days! Please don’t mislead customers and don’t cheat them.
